Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the consultancy services provided by MYK Group Ltd (Company No. 16493829), registered at Unit 1 38 Sunderland Street, Halifax, England, HX1 5AF. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
MYK Group Ltd provides career planning and small business growth consultancy, including career direction assessments, professional development planning, goal setting, application coaching, business planning, operations reviews, customer growth advisory and long-term development strategy. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Fees and Payment
Standard packages are priced as published on our Services page: £95, £240 and £375, with the Growth Advisory Retainer at £680 per month. Tailored engagements are quoted in writing. Retainer fees are due monthly in advance; other fees are due before or on the day of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointed time. Cancellations with less notice, or non-attendance, may forfeit the fee. Where we cancel or fail to deliver an agreed session, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your option.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our services provide structured advice, planning and coaching. While we act with reasonable skill and care, we do not guarantee any specific career, financial or business outcome. Decisions taken on the basis of our advice remain your responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYK Group Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing Law
