When you contact us through a form, email or phone, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details and the content of your message. If you become a client, we keep records of our sessions, the plans and documents we prepare for you, and basic financial records for accounting purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the consultancy services you engage us for, keep required accounting records, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about our services. We never sell your data.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, client data on the basis of contract, and accounting records under legal obligation. Client records are retained for up to six years after the end of an engagement; enquiry records for up to 24 months.

Sharing and storage

Your data is stored on secure systems operated by providers processing data on our behalf (for example email, form and accounting tools). Data may be transferred outside the UK only where appropriate safeguards are in place.
