1. Who do you work with?
We work with two groups: individuals who want clear direction and progression in their career, and small business owners who want better planning, operations and growth. Our clients are based across the UK and Europe.
2. How does a first engagement work?
Every engagement starts with a short, free 15-minute phone call. We listen to your situation, explain honestly whether we can help, and agree the scope and price in writing before any paid work begins.
3. What does it cost?
Current standard fees: £95 Career Clarity Session, £240 Career Transition Package, £375 Business Health Check, and £680 per month for the Growth Advisory Retainer. Tailored programmes for teams or longer advisory work are quoted individually after the first call.
4. Do I need to prepare anything?
For career consultations, bring or send your current CV and, if you have one, a note of the roles or sectors you are considering. For business consultations, any existing business plan, accounts or performance figures help — but are not required for a first conversation.
5. Are the sessions online or in person?
Most sessions run online by video call, which lets us work with clients across Europe. In-person sessions at our Halifax office can be arranged on request.
6. Is my information confidential?

7. Can you guarantee a specific result?
No honest consultant can. We guarantee a structured process, clear written recommendations and practical follow-up — outcomes depend on your market, your effort and circumstances outside anyone’s control.
